Specifically, the Texas Chainsaw Art Festival® (TCAF) name, brand assets, event concept, tourism/festival properties, and all associated merchandise designs are officially trademarked and exclusively owned by our parent company, The Texas Legends Trail™ LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, or display any intellectual property, custom sculpture designs, or festival branding without explicit, written permission from The Texas Legends Trail™ LLC.

2. Service Estimates and Contracts

Any project quotes, production timelines, or delivery estimates provided through this website or via initial consultations are non-binding. All official multi-ton commissions, national logistics agreements, and live trackside activations are subject to strictly defined, separate written contracts signed by authorized corporate representatives.

3. Safety and Live Event Boundaries

For live performance carving events, public exhibitions, and on-site setups: Monumental Woodworks LLC and The Texas Legends Trail™ LLC enforce strict crowd-safe operational boundaries, including safety fencing and rigging perimeters. Attendees and event hosts must respect these designated boundaries. We are not liable for any injury or property damage resulting from third-party failure to comply with safety signage or crew instructions.

4. Limitation of Liability

Information on this website is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for absolute structural excellence and durability through our custom white pine lamination processes, we are not liable for natural wood weathering, checking, or splitting caused by environmental exposure once a sculpture is delivered and accepted by the client.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal matters regarding trademarks or intellectual property will be handled under the jurisdiction of the parent organization, The Texas Legends Trail™ LLC
